Their basic plan (Pro User) runs around $9.95 per month, which is on par with other faxing plans offered by other fax ventors such as MyFax and RingCentral. Trustfax also has a lite fax plan (Power User) with a yearly rate of around $30 and was designed for those with minimum faxing requirements.

I have been using Trustfax for over two years now and I am quite pleased with the service. Their online interface is simple and very easy to use. I also like the fact that my faxes are tracked and all information is provided to me. Plus, the real beauty of online fax, it's very easy to set up, there's no downloading, no software and no hardware to install. You don't even need a second or extra fax phone line to handle your faxes.

Basically, your faxes are received like your emails and this offers great convenience since I can just send my faxes from any computer, just by using my email system or logging into my Trustfax account. My faxes are private and I can check my faxes from yesterday or from last month.

The major benefit, you are no longer tied down to the office, you can get or access your faxes anywhere you have web access. I believe this is the major advantage of using Internet fax and the main reason why the days of the old fax machine might just be numbered.

Trustfax is a good reliable fax service, there may be better ones out there, but for the price you do get great value for your money with Trustfax. They have 24/7 email support and phone support 9 to 5 EST, Monday-Friday. You should at least consider and compare Trustfax with the other online fax providers before you sign up for any one fax service.
